Sometimes, we have observed an issue where trying to open the "obs-data" folder in the file explorer can give the error "Element not found." This means that Windows was unable to recognize the path to the "obs-data" folder. {{:wiki:facility:software:image.png?400|}} You'll notice that the device location called "Linux" with the image of a penguin is missing from a normally operating day on the data computer: {{:wiki:facility:software:working_file_explorer.png?400|}} For now the resolution is to reboot the data computer until the Linux device is found and appears in the the file explorer. Max will work on a better way to resolve this. Until then, when in doot (doubt), reboot.
