  • Sam and Roy opened the dome
    • Propped the roof door open and aimed fan out
    • Turned on exhaust fan
    • Turned off lights
    • Made sure camera connections were in place
  • Start-up Control System
    • Opened DFM TCS, TS6, Dome Control
    • Dome Control
      • Connected Dome
      • Opened Dome
      • Moved dome to get sun out of dome with hand paddle
    • TS6
      • Connected telescope

      • Initialized Time
      • Released Motors
        • MTR Driver Chassis Switch, Drives Switch, Halt Motors Button
  • Pointing was a PITA
    • Also, compared to March 24 Blog, the finder-main relative position in FoV seems to be changing
    • Is the finderscope loose? and moving around?
  • tried to slew to HD 44537 but it for some reason it flipped and went to limit in the NW hand paddled up to safe zone but when tried to reslew but tried to go to the same location
  • go upstairs looked flipped hand paddled it right side up and then to zenith
  • then closed down
