1. Misc Request:Take set of 10 frames in V of m35
2. Misc Request:Continually take sets of 10 frames in v filter of ad Leo with 30 seconds between each set until need to start prepping for exoplanet observing plan
3. Exoplanet Observing Plan: By 23:00 start taking continual sets of 2 frames in V staggered by 60s of Hat-P-12 until 02:00

  • 1800 - Switched astropol camera off main telescope and replaced with 2600
  • 1820 - prepped dome and closed hatch
  • 1830 - connected ascom, dfmtcs and sky6
  • 1840 opened mirror doors
  • 1845 - set tracking rate
  • 1900 - took sky flats
  • 1930 - did pointing calibration using arcturus
  • 2000 - slewed to m35
  • 2010 - autodome did not follow telescope
  • 2020 - fixed autodome by manually moving dome so telescope pointed out of it, then setting dome position to telescope azimuth in DFMTCS
  • 2035 - took captures of M35
  • 2100 - slewed to AD Leo
  • 2115 - ASI 2600 disconnected
  • 2125 - reseated data cable from 2600 to ICRON box on ICRON box
  • 2145 - took captures of AD Leo
  • 2230 - slewed to Hat-P-12
  • 2235 - took captures of Hat-P-12
  • 2310 - slewed to zenith
  • 2325 - closed mirror doors
  • 2335 - south mirror door took a long time to close
  • 0000 - took darks
  • 0050 - shutdown
